Five Guys burger restaurant to open in High Street in November

Five Guys is the latest burger chain to come to Leicester and will open a new store on High Street in November.
The successful burger chain, which has 17 restaurants throughout the UK, have confirmed they will take the vacant unit on the corner of Cheapside that was recently vacated by Santander.
The 110-seat restaurant will sell handmade burgers and fries, as well as hot dogs, breakfast sandwiches and milkshakes.
The new addition to Leicester’s burgeoning dining scene will create 4o new jobs. To learn more about jobs at Five Guys, visit their careers site here.
The head of Five Guys in the UK, John Eckbert, said:
We’re very excited to be opening in Leicester.
The new Five Guys restaurant is situated in a great location between the Highcross and Haymarket shopping centres, which are a hub of activity.
We hope that those people who frequent this area pop in to try our offering of fresh, quality food, whether they choose a little hamburger or go all out.
There’s a choice of over 250,000 ways to order a Five Guys burger and we think that Five Guys makes a perfect, alternative addition to this already bustling area.
The new Five Guys is on schedule to open on 19 November, and is part of a recent revival of High Street which has seen the likes of Toytown and Lumbers open new stores in the area – as well as a range of new restaurants and bars.
